Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Front Seat LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) mobile application (“App”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our End User License Agreement (EULA) and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile.
3. User Content
The Services allow you to create profiles, post job opportunities, send messages, and share other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a limited license to use, display, and share it as necessary to operate the Services.
a. Prohibited Content. You agree not to post or share content that is:
- unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive;
- defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise offensive;
- discriminatory or harassing (based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, or any other protected class);
- scams, misrepresentations, or exploitative job postings;
- infringing on intellectual property or privacy rights;
- spam, solicitation, or harmful code.
b. Moderation and Enforcement
- Users may report inappropriate content via in-app reporting tools.
- We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to review, remove, or restrict access to content or accounts that violate these Terms.
- Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Business Verification and Fraud Prevention
- We may require verification of businesses or professionals posting opportunities (such as licenses, certifications, or identification).
- We monitor for fraud and scams and may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in deceptive practices.
- We are not a party to user transactions and are not responsible for disputes between users, though we may assist with enforcement if appropriate.
5. In-App purchases
- Certain features of the App may require payment (“Paid Features”).
- All payments, subscriptions, and renewals are processed exclusively through Apple’s App Store in-app purchase system (“IAP”) and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
- Refunds are managed by Apple, except where required by law.
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
6. Termination and Account Deletion
- You may delete your account at any time through the App’s Settings.
- Upon account deletion, your profile and personal information will be removed from public view within 30 days, though certain content (e.g., past messages or job postings) may remain visible but anonymized.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
- We do not guarantee job matches, business opportunities, or outcomes from use of the App.
- The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- Our liability is limited as described in the EULA.
8. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts in Delaware, as set forth in the EULA. Class actions are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
