The Front Seat LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application (“App”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
a. Information You Provide to Us
- Account registration (name, email address, password).
- Profile information (photo, professional title, skills, certifications, work history, and other details you choose to add).
- Job postings, applications, messages, or other content you share through the App.
b. Information We Collect Automatically
- Device identifiers (such as IP address, device type, operating system).
- Usage information (logins, clicks, views, features used).
- Cookies or similar technologies (to improve user experience and analytics).
c. Information from Third Parties
- If you sign up or log in using third-party services (e.g., Apple, Google, or social login), we may collect information permitted by those platforms.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the App and Services.
- Connect professionals and business owners (e.g., allowing beauty professionals to find jobs and shop owners to post opportunities).
- Personalize your experience, including recommendations and job matches.
- Communicate with you (service updates, customer support, promotional offers, if you opt in).
- Enforce our terms, comply with legal obligations, and maintain security.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- With Other Users: Information in your profile and posts is visible to other users, consistent with the networking purpose of the App and depending on your privacy settings in the App. User-generated content (such as posts, messages, or job listings) must comply with our User Conduct & Content Standards. Content that violates these standards may be removed, and accounts may be suspended or terminated.
- With Service Providers: We may share data with vendors who help us operate the App (hosting, analytics, payment processing).
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business Transfers: If we undergo a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.
- Content Moderation and Reporting: If you or other users report abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate content, we may review and take action consistent with our EULA. This may include sharing reported content with moderators, service providers, or, if necessary, law enforcement authorities.
4. In-App Purchases and Payments
If you purchase paid features or subscriptions, payments are processed exclusively by Apple via the App Store using Apple’s in-app purchase system (“IAP”).
- We do not receive or store your payment card details.

- Refunds for purchases are handled by Apple, except where otherwise required by law.
5. Your Choices
- Profile & Content: You can update or delete profile information anytime in the App settings.
- Notifications: You can manage push notifications in your device settings.
- Marketing Emails: You may opt out of promotional emails by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email.
- App Tracking Transparency (ATT): If we use tracking for ads/analytics across apps, you will be asked for explicit consent per Apple’s ATT framework.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services.
Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time using the in-app account deletion feature located in the App’s Settings. Once your request is submitted, your profile and personal information will be removed from public view within 30 days.
Certain content you have shared (such as job postings, messages already sent, or professional interactions with other users) may remain visible to other users but will either be attributed to an “inactive account” or otherwise anonymized.
We may retain limited information after account deletion if required by law, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or to enforce our agreements.
Retention Timeframes:
- Account and profile data: up to 30 days after deletion, then securely deleted or anonymized.
- Transaction and payment records: retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations.
- Log and device data: retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes.
- Backup copies: securely retained for up to 12 months before permanent deletion.
Retention periods may also vary depending on your activity within the App and any settings you control (for example, whether you choose to retain or delete posted content).
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information.
- While we take appropriate measures, no method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is 100% secure.
- We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
We also rely on Apple’s platform security features, such as device-level encryption and App Store review requirements, to help safeguard your information
8. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended only for users 18 years of age or older.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
- If you believe someone under 18 has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. International Users
Our Services are currently intended for users located in the United States only, consistent with our End User License Agreement (EULA).
- If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, and the right to limit or opt out of certain uses of your data.
- California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to request disclosure of the categories of personal data we collect, request deletion of your information, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data, and limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- Virginia Residents (VCDPA): You have the right to access, correct, delete your personal data, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
- Colorado Residents (CPA): You have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or certain types of profiling.
- Connecticut Residents (CTDPA): You have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling.
Other U.S. Residents: Your state may grant additional rights, which we will honor to the extent required by applicable law.
International Users: Our Services are currently intended only for use in the United States, as stated in our End User License Agreement. If you access the Services outside the U.S., you do so at your own risk and your rights may differ under local law.
How to Exercise Your Rights: To make a request, please contact us using the information in Section 12. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. Requests and any related disputes will be handled in accordance with Section 17 (Governing Law and Arbitration) of our End User License Agreement.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
- Updates will be posted in the App with a new “Last Updated” date.
- Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance.
